Lálah, or Angela Michell as you may know her, is one of London's top specialists in Afro hair, and a welcome new addition to the Gielly Green team. Nominated five times for The Stylist of the Year in the Black Beauty/ Wahl Hair Awards, and awarded Black Hairstylist of the Year 2005 she has certainly earnt her place amongst London's elite afro hairdressers. Her skill translates into all hair types as it has developed from the passion she has for hair, its texture, and the visual art it can be used to create. She takes inspiration from the past, present and her vision of the future - always adding her own unique twist.

Many describe her as flamboyant, not only in her own personal style but also for the imaginative hairstyles which she creates. She likes to push the boundaries aside, enjoying the freedom and lack of rules creativity brings.

Lálah's expertise has also been much in demand for International Fashion Weeks, from London to the Caribbean. She has also worked on television commercials, high profile celebrities and editorial shoots.
